Digital Products

Most products sold by Kaia Stone Artistry are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with instructions or a secure download link to access your purchased digital files.

Delivery Time

Digital products are normally available immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download link or instructions within 24 hours, please contact us at shanemcmods@outlook.com so we can assist you.

File Formats

Digital files are provided in the file format or formats specified in the individual product description. Please review the product description before purchasing for information about the included files and their intended use.

Shipping Fees

There are no shipping or handling fees for digital products because no physical item is shipped.

Physical Products

Physical products are handled by Printful. Your product[s] will be shipped withing 5 business days. An email will be sent to you with shipping information. Then your product[s] will arrive within 4-6 business days depending on location. Shipping outside the US is currently unavailable.
