Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your item will not be eligible for returns if you damage the item, only if the item is damaged, misprinted, or not as described when you receive it. Please read the description carefully before ordering.
To start a return, please contact us at shanemcmods@outlook.com before sending the item back. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital Products
Digital artwork and other digital products are delivered electronically and are not physical items.
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded after purchase, digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your physical order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of physical items may not be eligible for return, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, and sale items.
Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different physical product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification, subject to applicable law and any applicable exceptions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned physical item and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
